Inexorably catchy, lavishly orchestrated 70-era disco, funk, gospel, soul and pop from the British New York-based musician and DJ Will Holland in his Quantic moniker, joined by great guest vocalists and collaborators, particularly Andreya Triana who features on several tracks. Of those, the top-quality toe-tappers is particularly Run, but Brooklyn Heat is a hand-clapping dancefloor number, and Where The Flowers Grow is a strong, soulful closing performance where her voice shows intimate tenderness as well as soaring strength. Other standouts include Unconditional (with Rationale), Subway Lover, and Stand Up. Out on Play It Again Sam.
