Another band currently on tour, and particularly known for their theatrical, extravagant performances, the Californian duo of Jonathan Rado and Sam France can sound, as on these tracks, like a throwback to early-70s hippy psychedelia or stage musicals, but these are some of many styles they can play with. San Francisco (from 2013's We Are the 21st Century Ambassadors of Peace & Magic) is strangely wistful and beautiful, while Follow The Leader from 2017's Hang is more stage pop.
