Today's offering is a mixture of old and new – a classic dancefloor tune by the Bristol-based British duo of Roy Spencer (aka DJ Moneyshot) and producer/DJ Adam Volson (aka Rackabeat) from their forthcoming album, Say The Word. and is one half of single 'Felony / Rile 'Em Up' Specialists in reworking northern soul and other classics, this one also features Andy Cooper of of the hip-hop group Ugly Duckling and Marietta Smith. The main sample is from Locked Up, by the New Orleans soul singer Sammy Ridgley, the B-side to the 1977 single, I'm Dreaming. Sammy is the younger brother of singer Tommy Ridgely..
