Returning to a nextdoor dispute theme after Davey Graham, a fabulously catchy number the by Brixton reggae artists and DJ, aka Anthony Henry, relating neighbours noise clash from his 1986 album Is It Really Happening To Me. The track, released in 1985, shows off his telltale cheeky, chatty style as a reggae toaster of consummate skill, and tells of calling the police because of a soundsystem, bricks thrown through the window, interrupting Coronation Street on TV, and a comical twist simply liking musical taste because it’s worse than opera. Tippa found fame in the mid-80s with other hits, It's Good To Have The Feeling You're The Best and his most successful single Hello Darling, which crossed over into jazzy, sugary-pop territory.
