The Smiths - The Queen Is Dead 12" Single
The Queen Is Dead has never been released as an A-side single and is a very rare edit version which omits the intro from the LP version. The other three tracks Oscillate Wildly, Money Changes Everything and The Draize Train have been freshly remastered and are the only Smiths instrumental tracks! Artwork very much in the style of the previous Smiths' releases with the front cover image from Pier Paolo Pasolini's 1964 film Il Vangelo secondo Matteo (The Gospel According to St. Matthew).
The Smiths - The Queen Is Dead 7” Picture Disc
Previously unreleased in this format with both tracks newly remastered. The B-side is I Keep Mine Hidden and is a new remix by Stephen Street.
David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars
Three Bowie releases in a week – following on from the rush release of Hunky Dory on gold vinyl, Ziggy gets the same treatment. Also out today and highlighted in Vinyl Tap earlier this week are the Cracked Actor live CD and Be My Wife on picture disc.
This special exclusive selection is by Michael Moloney, aka llamalpaca from the vinyl-only record and design store, where you can buy your vinyl – Chameleon.
