Moonlandingz – This Cities Undone EP
A three-track follow-up to the experimental rockers' Interplanetary Classics - they've a few dates coming up next week to support the release. If you haven't seen them live, then it certainly can be unpredictable anarchy from the Eccentronic Research Council duo Adrian Flanagan and Dean Honer, but especially with Fat White Family's unpredictable bread and meat-wearing Lias Kaci Saoudi (aka Johnny Rocket) along with Saul Adamczewski.

Or here's some earlier live footage:
Karl Blau – Out Her Space
Blau moves on from the lush country-soul of his Introducing covers album to a self-produced set of his own material which ranges from soul, funk and jazz to Afro-pop.
Karl Blau – Slow Children
Mavis Staples – If All I Was Was Black
Politics and race in America are never far from the surface on Mavis' third collaboration with Wilco's Jeff Tweedy. Staples claims the songs are not wholly inspired by modern events and as a black woman in her late seventies she has certainly has a wealth of experience to draw on. Her quiet anger is set against a musical backdrop ranging from psychedelic funk to blues and desert rock.

Charlotte Gainsbourg – Rest
Despite being saddled with the inevitable comparisons to Serge, Charlotte has been successfully ploughing her own polished pop furrow and of late writing her own lyrics. This album is produced by Ed Bangers’ SebastiAn and features collaborations with Sir Paul McCartney, Daft Punk’s Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, Connan Mockasin and Owen Pallett. There's a touch of Giorgio Moroder in the synth heavy arrangements of songs that deal with the death if her father and her sister Kate Barry.

Morrissey – Low In High School
So here it is – Moz's first studio album since 2014, produced by Joe Chiccarelli (cf Frank Zappa, The Strokes, Beck and The White Stripes). He's having a bit of a moment again. Spent The Day In Bed had a bit of pop sensibility that his recent oeuvre was perhaps lacking and, if the song titles and lyrics of the rest are anything to go by, there will be much for the long time fan to enjoy, and of course the usual controversies. There's a green vinyl version available exclusively for good old shops made of bricks and mortar.
Morrissey - Jacky's Only Happy When She's Up On Stage
This week's selection is by Michael Moloney, aka llamalpaca from the vinyl-only record and design store, Chameleon, with additions by The Landlord.
