This infectious new single by the mischievous London alt-pop artist with a a special brand of sleazy disco-rock and glitzy electronica is about evolving in a different way to others around you, and feeling content with being a bit out of place. With an amusing simian video it is described as “glinting like a jagged shard of a cracked glitterball left abandoned under hazy lights”. Le Junk has previously fronted acts Eighteen Nightmares at the Lux and Big & The Fat, and is also involved in the bands Human Music and White Devil Disco, but now is establishing himself as a solo act, and after a series of singles, is set to release an EP next year. To explore and enjoy more of his work, see also a couple of other sample songs below, including Midnight Lover, and more via the Spotify embedded link. Out on Naked Superstar Recordings.
