Gia Ford opens SON Estrella Galicia’s groundbreaking new Soundhood Hackney, part of a series of European micro-festivals of live music, beer culture, street good and positive impact, including beer tasting and workshops and working with local vendors, artists, and sustainability projects, with this week’s London event taking place at two Hackney Mare Street venues – the award-winning Paper Dress Vintage (Independent Venue of the Year 2024) on 13 June, and just along the road, Two Palms on 14 June. Joining Gia Ford are Sworn Virgins and Plantoid at Paper Dress Vintage on Thursday 13 June, while Cosmorat, featured yesterday, are on the lineup with Ditz and Gallus on Friday at Two Palms.
